Overview

Whether it's the Requests table, Contracts table, Products table, or others, you can customize the tables to suit your needs. Add or remove columns as per your requirements within the Spendflo App, effortlessly.

This feature lets you focus on just the important fields relevant to you.

Customizing the table

In Spendflo, you'll find a 'gear' icon at every table's top right corner. This icon grants you the freedom to choose which columns you want to see, and customize the table based on your preferences

To begin customizing, click on the ‘gear’ icon, and from the drop-down menu, choose the columns you want to be displayed. Any modifications you make to the table, such as adding or removing columns, will be saved for your convenience. Unless you re-customize the table, the chosen view will be preserved.

Example:

• To customize the columns on the Procurement Request table, navigate to Buying > Procurement Requests. 

• By default, all values are visible, but by clicking on the gear icon, you can tailor the columns to suit your needs.

• Once you click on the gear icon, you'll be presented with a drop-down menu where you can easily select the desired columns to be displayed.
