Overview

All the requests raised on the Spendflo app can be seen on the Procurement Requests page. You can scroll horizontally or vertically to see more details.

Search and Filter

The search and filter options are available at the top of the Procurement Requests table; you can search for an app or an app owner by typing in the search bar.

You also have the option to narrow down your search through the filter button. You can filter the table with tag, status, duration, and due date.

Customize your table view

You can click on the gear icon on the top right to customize your table view and select the fields that you want to see on the table. This lets you focus on what's important to you without unnecessary information.

Export your Requests to CSV

An Export CSV option is also available to download all your Requests. Click on the top right corner of the Export CSV button, and your download will begin.

Deep dive into a Procurement Request

To open a particular Request, scroll towards the right of the table and click on view to open the request details page. The details page will have granular information on the software request.
