Overview

We understand that plans can change while procuring a SaaS tool. You might want to edit the units to be procured or the subscription plan, and all of this is possible in Spendflo App. It's a pretty straightforward process, so let's have a look at it.

You can edit a request even after the request has been submitted, if the negotiation has not begun

Access the Request Details page

To edit a request, locate it on the ‘Procurement Request’ page. 

Open the ‘Request Details’ page by clicking on the request. You can edit each section separately, like the request details, order form questions, PII questions, etc.

Edit request details

To edit request details, click the ‘Edit’ button on the ‘Request Details’ section, and go to the value you want to edit. Once editing is complete, dont forget to save the changes.

Edit other order form details

To edit other order form questions, click on the edit button on the order form question. A slider from the right will appear where you can make changes to your responses and click ‘Save’.

Edit PII details

To edit the PII/vendor review questions, click the edit button on PII details, make changes to the responses, and submit.
