Spendflo offers a dedicated product catalog to facilitate procurement requests. The catalog includes essential information, such as the benchmark price of the tool and its privacy and security policies.
Now, let's explore how to raise a new procurement request in the Spendflo app:
Login to Spendflo
Access the Spendflo platform by visiting app.spendflo.com and logging in.
Open the "Create a New Request" option
From the top navigation bar, select "Buying Hub" and click on "Create a Request" from the drop-down menu.
Explore the products
Explore products or search for your choice from the search menu.
Create Request
Once you have decided on the software you want, click on ‘Create new Request.’
Fill out the request intake form.
Fill in the details on the intake form, like the number of units required, plan details, etc.
Request submitted
Once the form is filled, you’ll get a confirmation prompt for the request submitted. Team Spendflo will now take care of the procurement, so sit back and relax!
