Overview

Spendflo integrates seamlessly with Slack to streamline procurement processes and provide valuable insights into procurement requests, pricing benchmarks, request information, and contract details. Below are the key commands available within Spendflo:

Create a Request: /flo procure

This command helps you initiate new procurement requests or renewals/upgrades/downgrades. Follow the steps below to use the command.

1. Type /flo-procure in the Spendflo app on Slack under Messages

2. Select the type of request & follow the steps given here to complete creating a request.

Get Savings Benchmark: /flo-view-benchmark product_name

The /flo-view-benchmark command is capable of assisting you with the following functionalities -

Command slack to view pricing benchmarks for various products using one of the following:-

• product-name : Provide the product name for which you want to see the benchmark.

    Eg: /flo-view-benchmark Zoom

• help : Provide information about the command and its parameters.

    Eg: /flo-view-benchmark help

View Request Information: /flo-view-request all, product_name, vendor_name

The /flo-view-request command is capable of assisting you with the following functionalities -

1. View Procurement Requests:  Command slack to view procurement requests raised by you using one of the following:-

• all : To view all your open requests.

    Eg: /flo-view-request all

• product-name : Provide the product name for which you want to see the open requests.

    Eg: /flo-view-request Zoom

• vendor-name : Provide the vendor name for which you want to see the open requests.

    Eg: /flo-view-request Atlassian

• help : Provide information about the command and its parameters.

    Eg: /flo-view-request help

View Contract Information: /flo-view-contract active, product_name, vendor_name

The /flo-view-contract command is capable of assisting you with the following functionalities -

View Contracts: Command slack to view all active contracts or contracts for a product/ vendor by using one of the following:-

• active : To view all your active contracts.

    Eg: /flo-view-contract all

• product-name : Provide the product name for which you want to see the contracts.

    Eg: /flo-view-contract Zoom

• vendor-name : Provide the vendor name for which you want to see the contracts.

    Eg: /flo-view-contract Atlassian

• help : Provide information about the command and its parameters.

    Eg: /flo-view-contract help
