Pre-requisites

•  Administration role is required for Jira integration 
• The integration will only work on Standard and Premium plans.

Here are the steps to install Jira Integration:

IMPORTANT : Please install the Atlassian Integration before connecting Jira. The steps to install Atlassian can be found here.

1. Go to Settings & Navigate to Integrations -> Available apps -> Jira 

2. Login to your Jira Account, if not already logged in. Click Connect to start the Integration 

3. Review & authorise the permissions 

4. Integration with Jira is now successful.

Important to note:  Reclaim of a user from Jira alone or Confluence alone requires Jira/Confluence integration on top of Atlassian integration. Connecting only Atlassian and then reclaiming from Atlassian will remove the user across all the Atlassian products.
