Overview

Spendflo's integration with LastPass streamlines license management by centralizing all licensing data on a single platform. Users have direct access to detailed license information and usage metrics from within the Spendflo app. This allows for immediate visibility into LastPass licenses and the capability to manage licensing actions directly through Spendflo, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced visibility into dynamic license management (DLM).

Features

  • See different LastPass license types and their utilization within the Spendflo app
  • Reclaim and off-board unused licenses of LastPass from within the Spendflo app
  • Iron out deleted users from this integration and reclaim their LastPass licenses
  • Send the in-activity report directly from the Spendflo app to any email address

Prerequisites

  • To be able to use this integration, you need to be an admin within your LastPass account
  • Users need to be on the enterprise plan to proceed with the integration

Steps to Install

Step 1. Go to the Spendflo Integrations page by navigating Settings → Integrations → Available apps to find the LastPass app to integrate

Step 2. Click on Connect to initiate the Integration. During this step, please ensure you are logged in to your LastPass account.

Step 3. Spendflo uses Truto to securely connect your LastPass account. Click on Continue → Connect to complete the connection.

Step 4. You'll now be prompted to add the Provisioning Hash and CID. View the page linked here for more details on how to get the API key and subdomain details for LastPass. You can also click the "Where can I find this information?" option on the API key connect pop-up window.
