Spendflo's integration with Freshservice streamlines license management by centralizing all licensing data on a single platform. Users have direct access to detailed license information and usage metrics from within the Spendflo app. This allows for immediate visibility into Freshservice licenses and the capability to manage licensing actions directly through Spendflo, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced visibility into dynamic license management (DLM).

  • See different Freshservice license types and their utilization within the Spendflo app
  • Reclaim and off-board unused licenses of Freshservice from within the Spendflo app
  • Iron out deleted users from this integration and reclaim their Freshservice licenses
  • Send the in-activity report directly from the Spendflo app to any email address

  • To be able to use this integration, you need to be an admin within your Freshservice account

Steps to Install

Step 1. Go to the Spendflo Integrations page by navigating Settings → Integrations → Available apps to find the Freshservice app to integrate.

Step 2. Click on Connect to initiate the Integration. During this step, please ensure you are logged in to your Freshservice account.

Step 3. Spendflo uses Truto to connect your Freshservice account securely. Click on Continue → Connect to proceed with the connection.

Step 4. You'll now be prompted to add the subdomain and API Key. View the page linked here for more details on how to get the API key and subdomain details for Freshservice. You can also click on the "Where can I find this information?" option on the API key connect pop-up window.
