Spendflo provides users with visibility into inactive users within their account, managing licenses effectively and thereby optimizing costs within your organization. With the management hub module, and our featured Dynamic License Management (DLM) module, the product offers a list of inactive users without displaying their associated licensed costs. By incorporating cost-per-license data, users are incentivized to manage their SaaS expenses by taking action on inactive accounts. This proactive approach also empowers users to effectively manage their SaaS costs.

How to View the Inactive Licenses

Step 1. Click on Management Hub and choose Licenses under the drop down to view the active, inactive and utilization of the licenses associated with the products available on your stack.

Step 2. Click on the "⚙️" Settings option to choose the following to edit the License table columns: Estimated Savings, Cost per license, and Total Cost. Click on Save to complete the step.

Step 3. You should now be able to see these three options appear on the table with the respective column details. Scroll to the right and click on "View" for any product for a pop-up to appear, displaying all Inactive and Active users for the chosen product.

How to Configure Cost per License

Step 1. Navigate to Settings --> License --> Configure licenses section. Select the product for which you'd like to configure the license cost, click on the down arrow to expand the menu and click on "Edit".

Step 2. The edit panel appears on the right side of the screen. Select and edit the options and drop-downs for the following mandatory fields - "Annual cost per license", "Selected Currency", "Conversion date", and lastly, "Select Inactivity period". Click on "Configure license" to complete the step.

By managing the license cost information, and associating it with the inactive users, Spendflo enhances transparency and empowers users to make informed decisions regarding their license allocation. By actively managing inactive licenses, users can also optimize the SaaS costs and ensure maximum efficiency in their subscription plans, right from within the Spendflo platform.
