Buying Hub Reports

Overview

The Buying Hub reports provide valuable insights into your procurement landscape, offering a comprehensive overview of savings, negotiation outcomes, procurement cycles, vendor contracts, and much more.


To access Buying Hub Reports in Spendflo, simply navigate to the Reports tab on the navigation menu and click on Buying Hub from the left navigation bar.


Let's delve into the different types of reports available through the Buying Hub.

Procurement Analysis:

The Procurement Analysis report consists of multiple reports that let you track the number of requests submitted and successfully fulfilled through Spendflo, utilize the Procurement Funnel to gain real-time insights into the status of your requested software and evaluate Request aging that provides details on total Turnaround Time (TAT) for each request stage, offering valuable insights for optimizing your procurement cycles.

Savings Analysis:

The Savings Analysis report helps you with the ability to monitor and analyze your savings accomplishments, obtain a detailed breakdown of total savings delivered by Spendflo, and explore total savings delivered by request type for deeper insights.

Contracted Spend Analysis:

This section presents an overview of your spending from contracts, it helps you analyze the total contracted spend of your organization and a breakdown of the spend that is effectively managed by Spendflo.

These reports provide you with the essential data and visual representations needed to make informed decisions, track progress, and optimize your procurement activities effectively. The flexibility to filter and analyze data according to your specific needs is readily available in each report.
