Jira Service Management (Orchestration)

Overview

Spendflo’s integration with Jira Service Management allows approval steps within the procurement process to initiate corresponding tickets in JSM, ensuring that approval actions are routed through your existing ITSM system. Information flows from Spendflo to JSM as part of this integration, providing stakeholders with full visibility into the approval process and maintaining consistency with internal ticketing and compliance workflows.
