This integration supports proactive license management through Dynamic License Management (DLM), ensuring cost-efficiency and streamlined operations.

Prerequisites
- Owner/Admin permissions are required to set up this integration
- Your Veeva Systems account must be on the Vault QMS or CRM edition with API access enabled
Steps to Integrate
Step 1. Navigate to the Spendflo Integrations page via Settings → Integrations → Available apps.
Step 2. Locate the Veeva Systems app under the Available apps section and click Connect. Ensure you’re logged in to your Veeva Systems account in a separate tab.
Step 3. Spendflo uses Truto for secure API connectivity. Click Continue to authorize the integration.
Step 4. Enter your Veeva Vault credentials and subdomain, then click Connect to proceed.
Step 5. Upon successful integration, Veeva Systems will appear under the Connected Apps section. Click the Insights tab to access real-time usage metrics.
