This view helps users track license usage and determine whether they are being efficiently used. By displaying data about unused or underutilized licenses, this table allows teams to reallocate resources or make informed decisions during renewals.

Component

Description

Application name

The name of the application associated with the licenses being monitored.

License name

The specific name or identifier of the license type being used, such as Pro, Enterprise, or Basic.

Type

The category or type of license, such as SaaS, Perpetual, or Subscription-based licenses.

Estimated Savings

The potential savings calculated based on current usage and optimization insights.

Cost per license

The cost of each individual license, helping to track per-user expenses.

Total Cost

The cumulative cost of all active licenses for the application, providing a view of total spending.

Active Licenses

The number of licenses currently active and in use within the organization.

Inactive Licenses

The number of licenses that are currently paid for but not actively being used.

Unassigned Licenses

The number of licenses available but not assigned to any users, indicating potential areas for reallocation.

Utilization

The percentage of license utilization, showing how effectively licenses are being used relative to total availability.
