Overview

Fulfilled by Spendflo metric reflects the number of SaaS contracts that have been procured or renewed by the Spendflo team since the start of your contract with Spendflo.

Steps to get to Fulfilled by Spendflo Report

To access and utilise the Fulfilled by Spendflo Report, follow these steps:

1. Open the Reports tab from the Navigation menu

2. Once you open the Reports page, you will land on the Procurement Analysis section within Buying Hub reports. Click on Contracted Spend Analysis -> Spend - Fulfilled by Spendflo to open and view the report.

3. After you select the Fulfilled by Spendflo report, you will be presented with the report screen. The report will consist of the following components:

Fulfilled by Spendflo Graph : This section shows a month-on-month trend of total SaaS contracts procured/renewed by Spendflo for your organisation enabling you to view the value provided by Spendflo. You can filter this view Contract year wise.

Table : The bottom table will list the contracts considered fulfilled by spendflo. You can scroll through horizontally to understand each contract in detail.

4. If you need a more detailed view of the report, you can expand it by clicking on the name of the report in either the pipeline or the table to expand and view it in full screen. There are also options for you to export/download the report.
