Spend Under Management Report (SuM)

Overview


The Spend Under Management report represents the trend of total spends on your SaaS tools, i.e, total value of your SaaS contracts that have been uploaded on Spendflo. 


It sheds light on the overall spends, which will give you visibility on the trend of saas spending in your organisation. This will enable you to identify unexpected hikes/downturns in your spend to make informed decisions. 


Steps to get the Spend under Management Report


To view the Spend under Management (SuM) Report, follow these steps:


1.  Open the Reports tab from the Navigation menu


2. Once you open the Reports page, you will land on the Procurement Analysis section within Buying Hub reports. Click on Contracted Spend Analysis -> Spend under Management (SuM) to open and view the report.




3. After you select the Spend under Management (SuM) report, you will be presented with the report screen. The report will consist of the following components:


Spend Under Management Graph : This section shows a month-on-month trend of total SaaS spends in your organisation, allowing you visibility on SaaS expenditure over time & enabling you to see any sudden hikes or lows. You can filter this view Contract year wise. 



Table: The bottom table will list the details of all your Procurements, their costs, Contract Term, Due dates, etc., and a deep dive of the status of the Procurement. You can scroll through horizontally to understand each procurement contract in detail along with their expenditure. 




4. If you need a more detailed view of the report, you can expand it clicking on the name of the report in either the pipeline or the table to expand and view it in full screen.




By following these steps, you can easily access and utilize the Spend under Managament Report to gain insights into the trend of SaaS spends within your organization. This report will help you assess & make informed decisions to optimize your overall spends & timelines.
