The process of raising a renewal request in the Spendflo App is straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through it:
Access the Buying Hub Dashboard
To get started, log in to the Spendflo app and navigate to the Dashboard page.
Select an App from Upcoming Renewals
Within the Dashboard page, there is a dedicated section titled "Upcoming Renewals." In this section, you will find a comprehensive list of all the Apps that are up for renewal within the next 3 months. Simply click on any App from the list to access its detailed page with further information.
Click on "Renew"
After selecting an App from the Dashboard will redirect you to its details page. To initiate the renewal process, locate the "Renew" button situated in the top right corner of the page and click on it.
Completing the Renewal Intake Form
When you access the Renewal Intake form, you will be presented with all the pertinent information about your current contract. This includes details such as the start date, end date, total cost, contract term, and other essential information. You have the option to proceed with the renewal without any modifications, maintaining the same number of units and terms. Alternatively, you can choose to renew the contract with specific changes.
It's important to note that the visibility of your current contract details is contingent upon whether they are stored on our platform. If you have any queries or need further information about your current contract details, please don't hesitate to contact our Support team. They will be glad to assist you.
Renew as it is
If you opt to renew your subscription without any modifications, simply inform us of your decision. In case you have any specific requests, you can include them in the comments section provided at the bottom. Our buyer team will initiate negotiations while adhering to the terms of your previous contract.
Renewal with changes
Should you decide to renew the contract with changes, such as altering the plan, volume, or any other adjustments, kindly complete the information in our request form. Once submitted, our buyer team will promptly begin negotiations based on the new terms you've provided.
Choosing the Pre-Approval Group
In case you have activated the Pre-Approvals feature, which requires an additional layer of acknowledgment from the approver, kindly select the appropriate Approval group and provide the estimated deadline for the approval.
Once you click submit, the request will be submitted; you can track the status of the request from the Request Details page of the Application.
