Understanding the vendor listing table

Overview

The vendor listing table provides a comprehensive view of all vendors in Spendflo. It displays essential details such as vendor status, associated contracts, and spend metrics, allowing teams to manage vendor relationships effectively.

Component

Description

Vendor Name

The name of the vendor is either manually added or fetched from an external source.

Status

The current status of the vendor (e.g., Active, Expired, Draft).

Owner

The person who is responsible for managing the vendor relationship or contract.

Department

The department owning the contract with the vendor (e.g., IT, Procurement).

Active Contract Spend

The amount spent with the vendor on active contracts.

TTM

Trailing Twelve Months spend, showing the total spend over the past 12 months.

External ID

Vendor ID assigned and stored from an ERP or external systems.

Creation Date

The date when the vendor was added to the system, either manually or via ERP.

Offerings

The number of products or services provided by the vendor.

Active Agreements

The count of active agreements with the vendor.

Source

The origin of the vendor. When the user clicks on "External Source," they can select an ERP system to integrate with, followed by completing the vendor mapping steps outlined in the document below.

Spend Tracking: Monitor active contract spend directly from the table. Here, users can quickly view the active contract spend, and Trailing Twelve Months spend available for comparison.

Vendor Monitoring: Track all vendor statuses (Active, Expired, Draft) within one single view for detailed oversight. Users can also quickly sort and filter the vendors based on owners and department.
