Overview

Trello's integration with Spendflo empowers organizations to efficiently manage user access and optimize license allocation directly from the Spendflo App. This integration streamlines the process of monitoring Trello licenses, controlling user permissions, and maximizing license utilization.

Features

Real-time License Monitoring: The Trello integration within Spendflo provides real-time insights into license usage. This feature enables administrators to identify inactive users and optimize license distribution accordingly.

Streamlined User Access Control: Deactivate Trello users directly from Spendflo, simplifying access management. This capability allows for the prompt revocation of access for inactive users or those who no longer require Trello access.

Limitations and Prerequisites:

Parent-Child Relationship with Atlassian: Ensure that Trello boards maintain a parent-child relationship with Atlassian accounts for integrated functionality. You will need to integrate Atlassian first & then integrate Trello within the Spendflo Platform.

Data Linked to Atlassian: Deleting Trello alone will not remove associated data linked to Atlassian accounts. Administrators must manage data deletion processes accordingly.

Workspace Downgrade and Reclaim: Downgrade and reclaim actions are allowed for each Trello workspace separately. However, these actions are not permitted for free workspaces.

Upgrade Restrictions: Upgrading Trello licenses is not allowed within the Spendflo App. Administrators must manage license upgrades directly through Trello's platform.

Visibility Settings: For Spendflo to derive better insights on your user activity, it is recommended to configure each user’s Atlassian account email settings to be visible to “Anyone”. This is an optional configuration and is primarily aimed at facilitating more detailed analytics insights.
