Responding to the Sentiment Survey

You have launched a Sentiment Survey, now what's the next step? Obviously to collect the responses.

This article will help the users understand how to respond to a Sentiment Survey.

Follow the steps below:

1. The user can respond to the survey from Slack or Email, depending on the mode of survey. On slack they will receive the Survey from the Spendflo Bot, if you've not yet installed the Spendflo bot on slack refer to the article here to install it first 

2. Each user will receive a unique link on their email and Slack. Once a survey is submitted, the link will expire.

3. Simply click on Submit your response, you will see the survey questions post that, share your response and click submit. Voila! the response is complete

Some Points to note:

  • Three reminders will be sent to a user with a gap of 1 week to respond to the survey.
  • Each survey will be active for 4 weeks since its launch. After that the link will expire
  • The survey link will expire after the user responds.
  • Reminders will be stopped after the user submits the response.
