Adobe Direct Integration

Overview

Spendflo offers direct integration capabilities with Adobe to fetch your license information, provide you with de-provisioning abilities, and help you keep your tech stack optimized.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure that your account is part of an Adobe Enterprise plan, as certain APIs may not be available to individual users or lower-tier plans. You can check that on the Adobe Plans page here, after logging in.
  • Ensure that you have the role of an Organization Admin (or a similar high-level admin role) within your Adobe account.
  • If you are not able to access the user management API, check the checklist from the post linked here.

Features

  • See different Adobe license types and their utilization within the Spendlfo app
  • Reclaim and off-board unused licenses of Adobe from within Spendflo
  • Iron-out deleted users from the HRMS integration and reclaim their Adobe licenses
  • Send the in-activity report directly from the Spendflo app to any email address

Limitations

  • Needs an Enterprise plan

Steps to Install

To initiate the integration, follow the steps below:

Navigate to Spendflo Integrations page

First, navigate to the Spendflo integrations page from Settings > Management Hub > Integrations > Available Apps. Then locate the Adobe app from the app list and click connect

Enter details on Adobe Integration window

After clicking on connect, a new window will pop up that requires information of your Adobe account

  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Organization ID

Retrieve Adobe account details

1. From your Adobe Developer Console, go to "Create new project" then click on Add API.

2. Select the "User Management API" key and proceed to the next step to configure the API.

3. Choose the type of authentication to "OAuth Server-to-Server" and navigate to click on "Save configured API".

4. You'll be redirected to the Credentials page for the "OAuth Server-to-Server" access token generation. Click on the "?️ Generate access token" button.

5. Get the API Key (Client ID), Client Secret, Technical Account ID, and Organization ID from the Service account tab.

Enter Adobe Account details on the Integration Pop-up

Paste the Client ID, Client Secret and Organization ID that you copied from Adobe to Spendflo integration page. And Voila! you're done.

Navigate to the License Page

Once the integration is complete, you'll see the Adobe data flowing into the License page of Spendflo
