Understanding the renewal calendar view

Overview

The Renewal Calendar in Spendflo provides a centralized, visual timeline of all your upcoming vendor renewals. Designed for simplicity and clarity, it ensures you never miss critical renewal deadlines. The calendar syncs directly with your procurement workflows, along with your existing Google Calendar, offering an organized view of renewal dates, status, and associated details.

By consolidating all renewal data into one place, it empowers teams to make proactive, informed decisions about contracts and agreements. This way, users get to stay on top of renewals.

Note: Any updates to renewal timelines or frequency will reflect in the renewal calendar view. However, changes will not impact contracts already within the renewal window.
