Overview

Spendflo seamlessly integrates with Sage Intacct to streamline spend management processes and provide valuable insights into your organization's expenses. By leveraging Spendflo's integration with Sage Intacct, you can effectively monitor actual expenses against planned or contracted expenses, identify opportunities to optimize spending, and enhance overall financial visibility.

Features:

Expense Comparison: Spendflo enables you to compare actual expenses against planned or contracted expenses within Sage Intacct. This comparison helps identify any discrepancies or deviations, allowing for proactive cost management strategies.

Shadow IT Detection: With Spendflo's integration, businesses can uncover instances of Shadow IT by analyzing expense data within Sage Intacct. This feature helps identify spend on unsanctioned applications, enabling organizations to mitigate risks and consolidate redundant subscriptions.

Optimization of SaaS Inventory: Spendflo facilitates the identification of under-utilized or obsolete applications within Sage Intacct. By pinpointing unnecessary subscriptions, organizations can optimize their SaaS inventory, reduce costs, and improve resource allocation.
