Enhanced Insights on the Procurement Details Page

We are delighted to introduce an improved Procurement details page that offers valuable insights on the App. Now, users can easily access crucial information such as usage, spend, and sentiment survey data for each app, all within the same page. This enhancement eliminates the need to switch between multiple pages, providing a more seamless and efficient user experience.

Improved Search Functionality on Insights Page

With our latest update, searching for specific data points on the Insights page has been made faster and more convenient. Previously, users had to scroll through lengthy lists in each section to find relevant information, which could be time-consuming. The introduction of a search bar at the top of the page now enables users to quickly narrow down their search to check App usage, App spend, users, or teams. This enhancement significantly improves data accessibility and expedites data retrieval.

Flexible Opt-out from Browser Extension

Spendflo's Browser Extension has been instrumental in providing usage data for apps. However, we understand the importance of user privacy and choice. In response to this, our latest update offers an opt-out option for users who are not comfortable sharing their usage activity. Administrators can now enable this option, allowing users to choose whether to start or stop sending their login activity to Spendflo. Please note that opting out of the extension will result in the unavailability of usage details for those users. As a best practice, we recommend keeping it mandatory for all users to ensure comprehensive data for analysis.

Team-wise Spend and App Details

As part of our new release, we have included a spend graph and app details for each team. This addition empowers finance professionals to gain valuable insights into spend patterns and app usage for every team and team member. With this comprehensive data, financial planning and budgeting become more accurate, as it is based on historical spend data from each team.
