Slack Integration

Overview

At Spendflo, we recognize that your employees invest a significant portion of their time in utilizing various collaboration and communication tools within your organization. To streamline and enhance their experience, we provide integration capabilities with Slack. This integration allows your teams to receive all notifications, updates, approvals, and surveys directly within Slack, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications. By centralizing these interactions within Slack, we aim to optimize workflow efficiency and provide a seamless user experience for your workforce.

Steps to Install Slack

Step 1. Head to Settings → Integrations → Available Apps → and find Slack.

Step 2. Click on Connect. This will redirect to the Slack workspace where the organization’s workspace sign in is required to proceed.

Step 3. Enter the workspace name and click “Continue”. This prompts an SSO login for secure integration.

Step 4. Once logged in, users can click on the “Allow” pop-up within the platform to grant permission access for the Slack workspace.

The Integration will now be completed.

Steps to Re-install Slack

Note: This button will only appear if you have integrated the old version of the Slack bot. If not, then kindly find the Slack App in Available Tabs and click on Install.

Step 1. Go to app.spendflo.com.

Step 2. Click the settings icon in the top right corner of the navigation bar.

Step 3. Select the Integrations tab under the Management hub in the left pane.

Step 4. Click the “Re-install Slack” button.

Step 5. You will be redirected to the authorization page. Check the requested permissions and click "Allow."

Step 6. You will be redirected back to the integrations page. 

Now, you have successfully reinstalled the latest version of our Slack bot.
