Overview
Setting up your profile within the Spendflo's Settings page allows users to personalize and manage their individual information and roles. A well-configured profile ensures seamless communication, accurate role assignment, and improved collaboration within the platform.
Set up your profile
In order to complete your profile, fill the following fields available on the platform within Settings → My Profile:
Step 1. First Name and Last Name to be added for clear identification across the platform.
Step 2. Department to specify your work team such as Admin, Customer Success, Design, Engineering, Finance, Growth, IT, etc., to align roles and responsibilities within the Spendflo platform.
Step 3. Designation/Role to define your role or job title to ensure proper visibility and assignment in renewal processes.
Step 4. Spendflo User Role for defining your access level (e.g., Founder, Director, Manager, Specialist), which determines your permissions across Spendflo.
Once you’ve made updates to your profile, click Save to ensure changes take effect.
