Overview
The Request Details page within the workflow platform provides a comprehensive overview of each procurement request. This view includes all the vital information, such as the workflow tasks and timeline, intake details, completed tasks, documents, comments, audit logs, and other action items that are a part of the selected request. The Request Details page allows requesters and task owners to track the status and history of each request, view associated documents, manage approvals, and the overall request progress.
This page ensures transparency and efficiency in the procurement process by offering detailed insights and real-time updates. It enables stakeholders to make informed decisions and keep procurement activities on track.

Section | Description | Example |
Request name | The title or name assigned to the procurement request, along with supporting details such as the requested date, requester, and the workflow name it’s correlated to. |

Workflow Tasks and Timeline | The left pane has the flow of the task set and the timeline based on the workflow with which the request is created. This includes the tasks that must be completed within the request and deadlined and progress status. |

Intake Details | The ‘Intake Details’ tab contains all the information gathered during the request submission phase. |

Completed Tasks | This tab records tasks completed within the workflow, their dates, and specific task details. |

Documents | This tab consists of all the relevant documents attached to the request, such as contracts, quotes, and approval attachments, which are required to complete the due diligence for the request. |

Comments | The ‘Comments’ section is available on the right pane of the request details page. This section is dedicated to all the relevant stakeholders involved in the request. They can add comments, notes, and requests for more details on the request as needed to make the workflow more contextual. |

Audit Log | The Audit Log provides a comprehensive record of all actions and changes made to the procurement request, including timestamps and user information. This log helps stakeholders track the request's history and progression. |

View Workflow | The 'View Workflow' section visually represents the entire procurement workflow associated with a specific request. This feature allows users to see all the phases and tasks. |
