Spendflo facilitates a smooth integration with Hibob, a widely used HR management system, enabling you to optimize your employee data management and elevate your SaaS management efficiency. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for integrating Spendflo with Hibob:-

Steps to Integration

1. Open Spendflo Integrations page

Start by logging into your Spendflo account and navigate to the Spendflo Integrations page from Settings>Management Hub>Integrations.

2. Locate HiBob

Under the "Available" section of the integrations page, locate "HiBob" in the HRMS category. Click Connect

3. Authentication

Choose the option that reads "I want to integrate with my HiBob Token and User ID. (Recommended)" and click "Next."

4. Provide Credentials

Enter your Hibob Service User Account Information. Here is a link which will help you with detailed instructions to find the credentials. Once you have entered the credentials, click "Submit"

5. Return to Spendflo

After returning to app.spendflo.com, you will be presented with the connected screen.

6. Continue and Review Permissions

Click "Continue," and you will be taken to the permissions screen. Ensure that everything is integrated properly, then click "Done."

7. Successful Connection

You will now see the Hibob app listed under the "Connected" section, indicating a successful integration.
