How to manage request views

Overview

Within the requests module, requesters can access views under the following tabs by default:

View Tab	Description
Submitted	This tab is the default view once the requesters enter the 'Requests' module within the Spendflo platform.
Draft	This tab has all the requests that have yet to be submitted and are in progress, waiting for the requesters to fill them out.
Open	This tab has all the submitted requests and is active within the platform.
Completed	This tab consists of all the requests processed from start to finish.
All	This central view tab consists of all requests across all progressing stages.
Custom View	This tab consists of saved views with custom filters across all the requests that they find relevant.
