Freshdesk Direct Integration allows seamless management of user licenses directly within the Spendflo platform. This integration streamlines the process of assigning, tracking, and optimizing the use of your Freshdesk Direct licenses.

Features

Identify Inactive Users:

Utilize Freshdesk integration to generate a detailed user activity report under Settings -> “Licenses” to identify inactive users. 

Reclaim Unused Licenses:

Once inactive users are identified, seamlessly reclaim them directly from within Spendflo.

This action promptly withdraws their access to Freshdesk and frees up their assigned licenses.

Pre-requisites

Freshdesk Administrator Role Required: To establish and manage the integration, users must have Freshdesk administrator privileges.

Steps to Install the Integration

1. Go to app.spendflo.com & click on Settings -> Platform Settings -> Integrations

2. Connect Freshdesk

Once you locate the Freshdesk app under integrations under Dynamic License Management, click on "connect" this will open a separate window prompting you to enter the API Key & Freshdesk subdomain. 

3. Login to Freshdesk

If you're not already logged in, the new window will open the login page of Freshdesk, mention your credentials and log in to the app. Go to Profile Settings> View API Key 

4. Copy the API Key

4. Paste the API Key & Enter your Freshdesk Sub-domain in the integration page. Click Connect.

5. The Integration is successful and a toast message is displayed on the screen. 

Once you click on the connect app, the window will take a few seconds and close automatically. You'll see the successful integration prompt back on Spendflo Integration page.
